Born to open a closed market

Arkos was born to bring private and family-office investors a market traditionally reserved for large funds: bank debt (NPL), repossessed assets (REO) and assignment of the auction award (CDR). We analyse over 4,500 assets a year and only offer those that pass our return and margin-of-safety filter.

We are not a listings portal: every opportunity we publish has gone through legal due diligence, valuation from verified sources and a discount criterion that protects the investor from the very first euro.

04Guarantees

Legal team and court agents

We work with a specialised law firm and three assigned court agents (procuradoras) who handle the due diligence, the notary and the registry of every deal, coordinating the judicial procedure with the courts of each region.

05Technology

Technology and data

We automate what used to be days of manual work: resolving an asset, gathering its sources and valuing it. Análisis Arkos cross-references land registry, INE, regional taxation, planning and market to give every report a traceable valuation.
